Started my hockey career when I was 7 years old, played in Ann arbor, started off playing house hockey until I made the Peewee AA travel team in Ann Arbor and then named Captain of Ann Arbor Bantam AA travel. The following years I played for Lansing Capitals Bantam AA and then Midget A travel teams. Last year amateur hockey play in Redford for Midget AA hockey team. Then went to a few Junior A and college exposures camps, then ending up back with Lansing Capitals Junior C program for 1 year. After playing a year of Junior C hockey I tried out for Jackson Community College ACHA hockey team and made it. My second year at JCC I was named assistant captain and made it to ACHA Division 3 National Hockey Tournament.

I started my coaching career as the head coach of Jackson High School JV hockey program. Coached 1 year at Jackson High and then was named head coach of Jackson Community College ACHA hockey team. Took a few years off of coaching hockey and then started back up coaching with Coach TJ with the Learn to Play program at optimist and then moved up with the ranks with our little ones. Was assistant coach for 8U Jackson Giants, Head Coach for 10U, Head Coach 12U and now Head coach of 14U.

Hockey is in my blood, I have several relatives born and raised in Sarnia, Canada. Love playing, coaching and being around the great sport of hockey.
